Doze & Dream Terms & Conditions will be applied entirely and influence your use of the Website. By operating this site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use this Website.
General
❋ I agree to follow safe sleep practices in line with AAP, SIDS, and WHO recommendations.
❋ I agree to check with my GP or medical adviser if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being safely sleep trained.
❋ I agree to inform my consultant of any unsafe sleep practices, and acknowledge that I am liable for my babies safety, not my consultant.
❋ I agree to make known to my consultant of any medical conditions that my baby has.
❋ I agree to acknowledge that my sleep plan is intended for my baby and I only, and that it should not be shared with a third party as the provided information may not be appropriate for another child.
Payment
❋ Prior to starting, full payment for all packages will be required. Once full payment has been made, I will be notified on when I will receive my plan.
❋ A consultation or sleep plan will not occur if there is any outstanding invoices.
❋ Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the consultation date will only be refunded 50% of the fee. Prior to 48 hours 75% will be refunded.
❋ Once I have received my package, there will be no refund.
Gift Card
❋ Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
❋ Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
❋ Your gift card must be presented for validation when purchasing a sleep package.
❋ Your gift card will expire in 3 years from the date of issue.
❋ All gift cards cannot be used if they are expired and/or the reference number does not match what is on record.
❋ Doze & Dream is not responsible if your gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
Disclaimer
❋ Doze & Dream does not offer any medical advice, treatment, or services to any client.
❋ If you have any concern in regard to a medical or nutritional issue, I advise you to contact your GP or medical adviser immediately. The information written on this website and your child's sleep plan is not intended or indicated to be a substitute for medical advice and should be treated as useful and educational purposes only.
❋ While Doze & Dream creates the recommended changes to your child's sleep/nutrition routine, it is merely your responsibility whether you implement the plan or not. The plan must be followed to its entirety and any changes made with my authorisation will not guarantee the results we desire.
❋ Doze & Dream shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, this website, or from your reliance on any information provided at this website or from the consultant.
❋ Use of this site is at your own risk, the material, information, products, and services offered on or through the site.
Data Privacy
I take preventative measures to protect your information. You can submit information through my website or via email. I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. I will also protect your information offline. Only I and any future employer, contractors, or suppliers, who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identified information. The computers/servers in which I store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Limitation of Liability
In no occasion shall Doze & Dream be held liable for anything emerging out of or in anyway connected with your use of this website.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Doze & Dream from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Variations of Terms
❋ Doze & Dream is allowed is revise these Terms at any time, and by using this website you are required to review these Terms frequently.
❋ Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.
❋ I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content) without notice at any time.
❋ I shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Doze & Dream and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Zealand for the resolution of any disputes.
